FORT PIERCE — City police report a 25-year-old Fort Pierce man will face charges of murder and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon after a roommate he apparently attacked with a knife inside their residence died a few hours later.
Police report the arrest of Jose Luis Aparicio Saturday night after officers called to 805 Dayman Ave. discovered a 45-year-old man with cuts to his abdomen inside the home. The victim was rushed to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center & Heart Institute, where he was pronounced dead at 2:50 a.m. Sunday.
